Two cortisone/steroid shots in the spine and I'm feeling no better, really.

All this crap is connected, and it sucks!

We should all join together and demand new bionic spines. :)AKhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09875529299246865291noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2240355902210786734.post-72681578850694257672010-06-25T10:43:38.080-07:002010-06-25T10:43:38.080-07:00I have the exact same issues. I've broken my tail bone a few times, so I know a lot of that pain has to do with that, but the hip pain is driving me crazy these days (change of seasons? barometric pressure? who knows!).

My husband (who works with doctors and sick people every minute of the day) tapped the ends of my toes the other day without warning me about it and the pain shot right up my leg and into my hip, right where the pain starts from. He said it's probably lumbar radiculitis (sciatica). great. Just great.

maybe someone can tap your toes?Lorahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11721629115039897949noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2240355902210786734.post-42145620370897457192010-06-24T19:34:41.308-07:002010-06-24T19:34:41.308-07:00Oh noes. I started out with more superficial pain (and by that I mean, it felt more like a really painful yeast infection but I didn't have trouble sitting -- sex was out of the question). Now I have problems with my hips and got the PN diagnosis a few years ago and can't sit at all (standing desk at work, although I did go for a year with a donut). Sex doesn't hurt that much though; so sex vs. sitting. Not sure which I prefer! ;)

Have you ever had an MRI of your spine? Or been to physical therapy? I can't remember. I've been told by a few people that I have mild scoliosis and my hips are crooked. It can pinch a lot of bad nerves and then your muscles tighten in pain and it makes you even more locked in the wrong position.

Is there any way you can see a physical therapist?AKhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09875529299246865291noreply@blogger.com
